The exercise will support Bilsea International in establishing a clearer understanding of its carbon footprint, including relevant greenhouse gas emissions data and core ESG indicators. By developing a measurable baseline, the company aims to enhance internal awareness, improve sustainability-related decision-making, and progressively align its operations with recognised ESG practices.

This initiative is being undertaken in connection with the DBS ESG Ready Programme, an end-to-end programme launched by DBS and Enterprise Singapore to build sustainability capability and capacity.

Bilsea International will undertake the preparation of a comprehensive ESG report and an ISO 14064-1 report through the ESGpedia platform. The company will also participate in the ESBN Green Deal Programme and work towards becoming one of its recognised badge achievers.

For Bilsea International, ESG development is not viewed as a one-off exercise, but as a gradual and continuous improvement process. Through this ESG assessment exercise, Bilsea International expects to gain better visibility over its current environmental impact and identify practical areas for future improvement. The assessment is currently in progress and is expected to be completed soon.

Bilsea International will continue to progress its ESG capabilities step by step, with the aim of strengthening governance, improving sustainability awareness, and supporting more responsible growth in the years ahead.
